Product Use
This equipment is primarily used to combine multiple cables—such as data cables, HDMI cables, power cables, bare copper wires (fine wires), shielded cables, and control cables—into a single bundled cable.
Main features
1. Computer pitch, non-pull rollers, powered cable routing, and enlarged steering guide wheels for cable pass-through paths—diameter designed to minimize cable bending.
2. The stranded wire body adopts a cantilever structure, featuring low rotational inertia of the rotating body, high rotational speed, energy efficiency, and smooth operation.
3. The winding box moves the bobbin left and right along linear guide rails, with a stable pitch that is continuously adjustable. The stranded cables are neatly arranged, and the tension is evenly distributed.
4. Compared to traditional single-twisting machines, this design eliminates the risk of lead screw breakage at high speeds.
5. The cable reel is easy to load and unload, requires low labor intensity, features carbon brush slip rings and a twist-release function, and does not require a foundation.
