Product Use
Primarily used for cable winding, coiling, and unwinding in various cable manufacturing equipment.
Main features
1. Taking the gantry-type cable winding machine as an example, this winding machine features a telescopic-tube-overhead structure and is made of high-quality steel plates and seamless steel. Its guide rails enable self-aligning cable winding, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing design, convenient operation, and precise movements.
2. The structure features an end-shaft design, with end-shaft clamping (no shaft used). It employs electric lifting and clamping mechanisms. A lead screw is used for wire routing, and the wire-routing pitch is adjusted by a time relay. The wires are routed with adjustable spacing, automatically reversing direction as needed. The wire-routing pitch can track the winding speed, allowing for stepless adjustment of the wire-routing pitch.
3. The wire-receiving gearbox features a 2-speed mechanical transmission with oil-bath lubrication. The wire-receiving reduction gearbox uses worm gear transmission, which facilitates automatic self-locking when the machine is stopped.
